This event is being held in a ballroom. Please wear semi-formal attire. Men should wear either a suit or a long sleeve dress shirt with slacks. For women, a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates. Please refrain from wearing jeans or polo shirts.

The Grand Galvez only has valet parking. The cost for the day-of-event only is $15 + tax and overnight is $35 + tax. There will be limited street parking around the perimeter of the hotel, free of cost — on a first come first served basis. There is a public parking garage next to the hotel called Beach Central Park & Garage . There is also Seawall parking across the street, which is free after 6pm.
